Is online shopping the way forward?

Well 2020 has certainly been an unusual year to say the least. Eight months in and im asking myself what is the way forward for small businesses like myself? With very few people coming in the shop for trophies, I am relieved that I offer other services too. With my engraving services at least I can still make Welsh Slate House Signs, Memorial Plaques, Medal Hangers, Engrave photos onto slate plaques, Custom engraved gin wine and beer glasses. Bespoke medals etc. At least all of these can be sold online, looks like this is the way forward for the time being. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon and next year the trophy trade as many other trades will return to some sort of normality. I wish you all be happy and healthy keep your spirits up. We will get through this. x
