Following the announcement from the Welsh government, we have been given April 12th as the date that non essential businesses can reopen. We look forward to seeing all of our regular and new customers very soon. Obviously there will be covid rules to abide to but i think we are all used to wearing masks, disinfecting hands and keep our distance by now. We also have a customer screen and the shop is disinfected regularly to keep you as safe as possible.

Since March 2020 Severn Trophies like many other companies suffered tremendously at the hands of covid. Hoping this year would be better it appears that we will still be suffering with very little or no trophy work. We decided to diversify more into gifts and you can view our new website here. www.thelittlewelshgiftshop.com Supplying a range of Welsh gifts, glassware, personalised gifts and lots more. We will still be doing the Trophies alongside our new venture. Like most companies we are just trying to keep our head above water. If you could like and share our new Facebook page too that would be fantastic. Facebook. thelittlewelshgiftshop

Well 2020 has certainly been an unusual year to say the least. Eight months in and im asking myself what is the way forward for small businesses like myself? With very few people coming in the shop for trophies, I am relieved that I offer other services too. With my engraving services at least I can still make Welsh Slate House Signs, Memorial Plaques, Medal Hangers, Engrave photos onto slate plaques, Custom engraved gin wine and beer glasses. Bespoke medals etc. At least all of these can be sold online, looks like this is the way forward for the time being. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon and next year the trophy trade as many other trades will…
